By using Book of Prompt, you agree to these terms. They’re short and fair.

1. You own your prompts — forever

You retain full ownership and copyright of every prompt and image you upload.
We never claim ownership. You can delete your content anytime.

2. You are responsible for what you upload

You must have the rights to share everything you post.
It is your responsibility to ensure prompts and images are accurate, legal, and do not infringe on anyone else’s rights.

3. NSFW & moderation

We may tag or hide prompts that contain adult, violent, or illegal content.
We can remove any content at our discretion for safety or legal reasons — no prior notice required.

4. No liability

Book of Prompt is a sharing platform only.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or legal issues caused by using prompts from this site.
Use at your own risk.

5. You can delete your prompts anytime

Every prompt has a “Delete” button. Deleted prompts are permanently removed within 24 hours.

6. We can terminate accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, spams, or harms the community.

7. The service may change

We can modify, pause, or discontinue Book of Prompt at any time.
We’ll try to give notice, but are not obligated to.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union (GDPR-friendly jurisdiction).
